In a long essay, David Schwimmer criticized Elon Musk after Kanye West’s “ignorant” tirade on the internet.
West, now known as Ye, posted harsh remarks on Musk’s social media site X, which was once Twitter.
Among these are tweets that are entirely sober and devoid of Hennessy, such as “I’m a Nazi” and “I don’t like or trust no Jewish person.”
The rapper also stated yesterday, February 9, “Jews were superior to slaves.”
“You must convert your Jews into slaves and put them in their proper place.”
Users expressed indignation at his since-deleted account, claiming that Musk “allows” hate speech to persist rather than outlawing it.
Actor David Schwimmer expressed his personal opinions on the matter on Instagram.
“This is so 2022,” he remarked in a post. We are powerless to stop a deranged bigot from spewing ignorant, hateful filth. But, Mr. Musk, we CAN stop handing him a megaphone.
“On your platform, X, Kanye West has 32.7 million followers.
That is twice as many people as there are Jews in the world.
Violence against Jews occurs in real life as a result of his insane hate rhetoric.
“There isn’t enough outrage to ban him from all social media at this time, and I’m not sure which is worse: the fact that he calls himself a Nazi, which suggests he wants to eradicate ALL oppressed populations, including his own. Staying silent is complicity.
Prior to his account being removed, West also posted a picture of Musk at Trump’s inauguration event, in which the Tesla CEO was seen throwing up his right arm.
“Heil Elon” is what West wrote as a caption for the photo.
And after West finally came out and confirmed that the rapper would be restricted, it appears that the CEO of SpaceX doesn’t like his tweets.
Musk wrote: “His account is now deemed NSFW due to the content he has posted.” That shouldn’t be anything you see anymore.
Despite receiving a warning about sensitive content, it appears that West has since canceled the account.
West wrote: “I’m logging out of Twitter after continuing to post during the Super Bowl.” Thank you for letting me rant, Elon. Using the world as a sounding board has been incredibly therapeutic. It resembled an Ayahuasca experience.
“I appreciate all of you who invested time and effort in me. to reestablish our connection. Good night, and good afternoon.
