“Utah CEO and Teen Daughter Tragically Lost in Recent Accident”

The tragic event that occurred in Ogden Canyon, Utah, has left the town in a state of shock and bereavement. Richard David Hendrickson, the Chief Executive Officer and President of Lifetime Products, and his daughter Sally, who was 16 years old, were both killed in a terrible accident that included a bulldozer.

 

 

 

 

The accident took place on Saturday, July 6, when a tow vehicle that was transporting a mini bulldozer crashed with their GMC pickup truck. The accident occurred as both vehicles were negotiating a right-hand curve on Highway 39. A collision occurred. The bulldozer, which had been attached to the tow truck, unfortunately became detached and slammed into the vehicle that belonged to the Hendrickson family. During that time, Richard, who was 57 years old, and Sally were both inside the truck.

 

The father and daughter were pronounced dead at the scene of the accident, while two other adult passengers sustained injuries that were not considered to be life-threatening. Richard’s colleagues and friends have expressed shock and grief over his passing, remembering him as a visionary leader and a beloved character in the firm and the community. Richard was a beloved person in each of these places.

There is a petition that has been created, and it is asking for restrictions on the types of cars that are allowed to travel on this two-lane corridor that is small.

 

A petition has been submitted that draws attention to the dangers that are created by heavier vehicles traveling through Ogden Canyon on the risky path. The petition, which has received more than 1,700 signatures as of this moment, is requesting that actions be taken to improve safety and prevent future fatalities on Highway 39.
