Ingredients:
Quantity of Ingredients
Minced celery Half a cup of fake crab meat
One pound of dill Half a teaspoon of mayo
Half a cup of paprika
1/4 teaspoon black pepper and 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon of finely chopped shallot
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the minced celery, imitation crab meat, dill, mayonnaise, paprika, minced shallot, kosher salt, and black pepper.
Mix the ingredients gently until they are well combined.
For at least an hour, chill the crab salad in the bowl in the refrigerator.
Serve the chilled crab salad on sandwiches, with crackers, or whatever you like. Have fun!
